The Open Infrastructure Foundation Board of Directors will meet at 7:00-9:00AM Pacific/1500-1700 UTC on January 30th, 2024. Directors may participate by conference dial-in. Audio from the meeting will also be available to the community. Please note, the meeting was originally scheduled for January 30th, 2024, but was pushed back by one week due to availability of directors.

2024 elections for board Chair and Vice Chairs (Jonathan)
RESOLVED, that the Board appoints Julia Kreger as Chair of the Board to serve until the earlier of the person giving notice of resignation, the person ceasing to be a member of the Board, or the election by the Board of a new Chair.
RESOLVED, that the Board appoints Allison Randall, and Amy Marrich as Vice Chairs of the Board to serve until the earlier of the person's resignation, the person ceasing to be a member of the Board or the election by the Board of new Vice Chairs.
Approve minutes from the board meeting on December 5th, 2023 (Chair)

No commenting on Board meeting contents and decisions until Executive Director or designee publishes a meeting summary, 72 hours or until the minutes have been approved by the board.
